You have a business to run

Your list keeps growing.
So does the upkeep.

Every signup, freebie request, and purchase tells you something useful about the person on the other end.

And when those records stay current, you can send the right resource, stop pitching something they already bought, and offer a useful next step.

But keeping all of that straight still depends on you remembering to do it.

You finish a launch. Add another product. Create a “quick” tag. Then a buyer gets another sales email and you’re back in the account, trying to work out which rule you missed.

That’s more than a messy tag list. It’s time spent fixing follow-up that should already make sense.

Here’s why it keeps happening

A tag records a moment.
Your rules decide what happens next.

Adding a label is one step. Keeping the label useful takes clear rules for when it’s added, what it changes, and when its job is done.

Without those rules built into the workflow, follow-up depends on memory. Your memory. Your VA’s memory. That note you swear you saved somewhere.

That’s why we’re going to build the rules into the work.

The Implementation Lab walks you through three housekeeping systems, then helps you test the moving parts and keep a record of what runs.

So the next signup, purchase, or scheduled check has a clear next step.

Less “I need to clean that up.”
More “That’s already handled.”

Your three core builds

Give your list a few jobs
it can handle without you.

You’ll plan each job, build its rules, and test what happens with records you control. Start with one topic, one product, and one repeat check.

The Interest Manager

Record meaningful interest and use it to guide relevant content and offers.

In practice
Someone requests your checklist. The request is recorded, their topic interest is updated, and eligible follow-up starts.

Keep their stated choices separate from what you infer from a click.

The Customer Status Manager

Update buyer status, stop the related sales emails, and start the right customer follow-up.

In practice
Someone buys. Their purchase is recorded, the product’s sales route stops, onboarding starts, and approved temporary tags are cleared.

The experience changes when they become a customer.

The Automated Housekeeper

Run scheduled checks against your approved rules and keep a record of what needs attention.

In practice
A repeat review flags naming differences, missing customer status, or temporary tags that outstayed their purpose.

Start with a report. Allow only the specific fixes you choose.

Then put your conversations to work

Because “they replied” should lead to more than an inbox search.

Once the foundations make sense, use two additional builds to keep what people tell you and make your follow-up more useful.

Additional build 1

The Reply Manager

Save subscriber replies in Airtable, preserve their actual words, and give each conversation a clear next step.

  • Record questions, needs, and topic choices.
  • Count verified human replies as useful activity.
  • Draft responses for review.
  • Optionally send narrow, approved answers after the checks pass.

Additional build 2

Customized Re-engagement

Use saved topics and questions to draft an individual email that asks, “Is this still useful to you?”

  • Define inactivity around your sending frequency.
  • Consider replies and other useful signals alongside opens and clicks.
  • Review individual drafts before sending.
  • Keep customers separate from the nonbuyer cleanup route.

One simple record of the person and the work.

Your email platform holds the sending rules. Airtable holds the conversation context and review records. AI helps you interpret, draft, and check. Start with the information you need for the next useful action.

Your Bonus Resource Package

The guides, prompts, and working files to help you follow through.

You don’t have to start with a blank spreadsheet or remember every field you meant to create.

Lab Quick Start Guide

Your tool checklist, setup order, and first-build steps. Includes the complete package ZIP.

Housekeeping Workbook + Inactivity Calculator

Thirteen tabs for context, rules, tag meanings, tests, and upkeep. Estimate what 10–12 emails means at your sending frequency.

Airtable Base Template

Blank and sample CSVs, field types, link targets, and setup instructions for replies and re-engagement records.

AI Prompt Collection

Fourteen copyable prompts for planning, tagging, replies, drafts, reviews, and maintenance summaries.

Workflow Recipes

Five written build recipes with triggers, entry rules, exclusions, updates, exits, repeat handling, and test references.

Testing + Go-Live Guide

Twenty-two test scenarios, fictional sample replies, rollout checks, and steps for handling a failed or uncertain run.

Business Context + Permission Templates

Give your AI your offers, voice, subscriber choices, naming style, and clear rules for what it may change.

Resource Map for Every Lesson

Find the workbook tab, prompt, recipe, or test that belongs with each of the 28 training lessons.

28 text training lessons + 8 bonus resource lessons · Training and downloads live in MemberVault.

This is for you if…

You’re ready to stop keeping the whole system in your head.

  • You already use an email platform and want clearer rules for who gets what.
  • You add resources or offers and keep finding records that need another manual update.
  • You want to use AI for useful upkeep, with clear limits.
  • You’re willing to build one workflow and test it before moving on.
Airial Re’nal smiling

Your Tech Angel

Hi! I’m Airial Re’nal.

Certified Email Deliverability, Security & Systems Strategist

The person you call when you need to figure out what the hell is going on with your email.

You’ve got 12 tabs open, three tools giving you different answers, and a client asking where their access email is. You want to close the damn laptop (and maybe even throw away the whole doggone business)! That’s where I come in.

I help service-based online business owners fix the tech, systems, and experience behind their emails so more people see them, engage, and buy.

With 25+ years in business and tech, I follow the clues and cross-check tools until I can explain what’s happening, what needs work, and where to start. I have a knack for making it make sense without making you feel stupid. A nerd with a personality.

Bring me your questions. Especially the ones you think you “should” already know.

A few things you may be wondering

Before you pull up a chair.

How is this different from the free Playbook?

The free Playbook helps you make sense of your tags, choose naming rules, and plan your next steps. The Lab takes you through the rules, workflows, tests, and records for the three core systems, plus reply handling and customized re-engagement.

Do I have to build all five systems?

No. Start with the three core builds, one at a time. Add the Reply Manager and Customized Re-engagement when they fit your business and your setup.

Is the training text or video?

The current course includes 28 text training lessons and the bonus downloads. Recorded build-alongs are still being finished. They are not available in the course yet.

Are the workflow files ready to import into Kit or Make?

The current downloads are written build recipes and JSON workflow specifications. They are not native Kit or Make imports. Native automation templates are still being finished. Your connections, account-specific IDs, and tests are required before live use.

What tools will I need?

An email platform, an AI tool with the access needed for your chosen workflow, and a tracker. The reply and individual re-engagement builds use Airtable and your inbox. Scheduled work needs a supported scheduler or automation tool. Some tools or connections may require separate paid plans.

What if I use an email platform other than Kit?

The rules and planning resources can help you map the job in another platform. The available actions and exact setup vary. Check your connections before building. The free Playbook has a place to request a different-platform walkthrough.

Will AI start changing my tags or sending replies on its own?

You choose the scope and allowed actions. Start with reports and drafts. Test exact rules before allowing updates or narrow automatic responses. A prompt cannot grant access a tool does not support.

Will this automatically unsubscribe my customers?

No. Customers are excluded from routine automatic unsubscribe and deletion rules in these workflows. Their follow-up considers purchases and participation. Explicit unsubscribe requests still need to be respected.

My summit pass or bundle includes the Lab. Should I buy it again?

Check your existing access first. If the Lab is included, use the access instructions provided with that pass or bundle. Email airial@yourtechangel.com if you need help finding it.
